Buying a home, new or old will be one of the most important investments you
will ever have to make. Intermountain Inspections will lead you through the
maze of confusing issues that may arise concerning the quality and condition
of your prospective home.
This is no time to shop for a cheap Inspection. The cost of an inspection is
very small compared to the value of the home being inspected. The additional
cost of hiring a NACHI certified inspector is almost insignificant. NACHI
certified inspectors perform the best inspections by far.
Current home owners may also benefit from having Intermountain Inspections
re-evaluate your present home. After a few years, problems may arise that left
unnoticed could escalate into an expensive repair.
We use the latest electronic technology available, Uei combustible gas leak
detectors, Protimeter non-invasive moisture detectors, Fluke and Ideal
electrical meters, Uei carbon monoxide detectors ,Ray tech laser temperature
meters, Manix thermo-hygrometer, Fluke non-contact voltage detectors, Flir
Thermographic cameras along with all the traditional tools that Inspectors
have used for years. We don't guess at a problem, we KNOW if you have a problem.

Is your inspector blind?
Being a NACHI Inspector, we have to pass an entrance exam and re-test every
year. About 50% of currently working inspectors that take the test fail the
entrance exam and therefore are not certified by NACHI. We also have a
continuous education policy, have to complete NACHI's code of ethics obstacle
course, take a standard of practice exam, have to sign and submit an affidavit,
have to attend NACHI chapter meetings, have access to specific topic advisory
boards, access to NACHI's University, access to online inspection courses,
access to NACHI's report review/mentoring service. The list goes on and on.
Whether or not you use Intermountain Inspections Inc. at least do your self a
favor, use a NACHI certified inspector, the BEST there is.
Visit the NACHI website at
www.nachi.org
and see for yourself. Please remember to click on the verification seal, if
your inspector is not a member of NACHI, he could be blind.

Why settle for guesswork when you can KNOW?!
We bring you the technology and certified expertise to show you what the
other inspectors can't see.
